University rentals, rents grow from Turin to Palermo

The average cost of beds in shared accommodation grows for college students, especially in Turin (by 25%; €220), Palermo (by 22%; €175) and Siena (by10%; €275).

According to Solo Affitti, the real estate network specialising in lettings, growth in rents was limited in Rome and Perugia (7%), with average values standing at €360 and €190 respectively.

In Milan figures are consistent with those of the previous year (€396) although the city is still the most expensive in Italy.
