In the first quarter of 2017, investments in the Italian real estate market were just over 1.9 billion euros, up 12% over the same period last year. These are some data that emerge from a Cbre search.

Foreign capital is still the protagonist, representing 67% of the investments, with 1.3 billion euros invested, in line with the volumes of the first three months of 2016.

The share of domestic capital grew by almost 600 million (+ 21% compared to Q1 2016).
