Real estate sales: one in twenty is in Milan

The transactions of houses, shops, productive activities and tertiary properties recorded in Lombardy in the first six months of 2016 are almost 60,000. The figure was up 22.7% from last year.

According to the data processing of the Milan Chamber of Commerce, the city of Milan alone weighs 4.3% of the total national real estate sales. In other words almost one sale in twenty in Italy takes place in Milan, with a growth of 27.1% year on year.

The other cities in the region that grow more in 2016 are, Brescia (+42,2%) and Cremona (+40.5%).
