Finint Virgilio sells Aliverti building to Hines

Posted: 15 July 2016

The Finint Virgilio fund, managed by Finint Investments Sgr, has sold the complex in Via Broletto 20/22, the historic Milan home of Gucci, to Hines Italia.

The 11,000 sqm property, sold for about €50 million, is known as Palazzo Aliverti, a highly prestigious historical/artistic site in the Brera district adjacent to Piazza Cordusio and about 500 metres from Piazza Duomo.

The original part of the building dates from the late 17th century and is subject to direct restrictions imposed by the Ministero dei Beni e delle Attività Culturali (Ministry of Cultural Heritage).
