Indeed, a study prepared by the Research and Development Department of Reag Duff and Phelps recorded a 22.8% increase in the value of sales in the Campania region’s capital city, while in rest of the province the increase stood at around 17%.

As far as regards prices, the average asking price for second hand property are about €1,850 /sqm, while for new units it stands at around €2,300 /sqm. In the first half of 2016 a further fall is estimated in apartment rental levels of 5% on average.
