Milan Porta Volta: municipality looking for investors for the mini-pyramid

Posted: 13 June 2017

The Municipality of Milan, following a lack of attendance at the first two auctions for the Montello-Baiamonti area, is trying again with the same starting price of €5 million.

The Tamoil petrol station located on the area has been closed down and demolition works have al-ready begun, making an investment in the area, which is not far from the city centre and close to the Fondazione Feltrinelli pyramid in glass and cement, more attractive.

Indeed, Microsoft is being talked about for the mini-pyramid, the IT company having just moved its HQ to the Fondazione Feltrinelli building.
