Posted: 15 May 2017

The non-binding offers for the sale-and-lease-back portfolio put up for sale by Edison are arrived.

The portfolio includes two properties located in Foro Bonaparte in Milan (the historical site of the group) and a property in Sesto San Giovanni.

Offers, almost all in the top of the price fork, initially found between euro 200 and 250 million, reflect asset returns around 4%.

Among the names of the bidders, according to Sole 24Ore, there would be Generali, Atlantica, the entrepreneur Leonardo Del Vecchio, Invesco, Axa and BNP Paribas.
