Evictions are falling in the last two years

According to the Ministry of Interior data for the last two years, eviction measures for morosity have fallen by 20.82%, being reduced by more than 14,000 units (54,829 in 2016 compared with 69,250 in 2014).

It is reported by Confedilizia. According to the association of real estate owners, however, new measures are needed to encourage rent, even at reduced rates, in order to prevent this positive trend from overturning.
