Italy to participate in the 19th Expo Real in Munich
From 4 to 6 October, the 19th edition of Expo Real will be held in Munich, an appointment for investors, designers, architects and urban managers to meet, discuss and evaluate projects and financing in the Real Estate sector.
The 2016 event will also feature Italy’s national Italian Pavilion (stand B1 430) which, with its area of 200 sqm, was created by the ICE Agency under the auspices of the Ministry of Economic Development and in collaboration with the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Economy and Finance
The exhibition space will welcome visitors and potential investors in order to illustrate the real estate proposals from the partners of the Pavilion which this year are Puglia, Tuscany and the autonomous province of Trento, along with FS Sistemi Urbani, the Agenzia del Demanio – the public Agency that manages Italy’s real estate assets, Difesa Servizi – the Ministry of Defence’s in-house company, and Invimit Sgr – the Ministry of the Economy’s real estate management fund. Attendees also include Arexpo Spa, a company that deals with enhancing the former EXPO 2015 area, and Confindustria Alberghi.
A key date during the event will be 5th October with the “Invest in Italy – Project Presentation” seminar, which will offer the opportunity for each partner to present the best of its real estate portfolio to an audience of international players and investors.
Expo Real will also be an opportunity to promote the website edited by the ICE Agency www.investinitalyrealestate.com, a virtual tool presenting a selection of the best investment opportunities owned by the Italian state, by in-house state companies and/or by other public Italian bodies, or by companies with mixed public/private capital.
