The building could be redeveloped into tourist accommodation or into a commercial structure.
The estate has two floors, the underground floor is used as a parking lot and the ground floor is used as a restaurant, with a vast hall, kitchen and services. A great garden completes the site. It’s in a terrible condition. It could be used as tourist accommodation or as a commercial structure.
The estate is located in the municipality of Atella (pop. 3,827), in the Province of Potenza (pop. 373,097), in the Monticchio Lakes locality, an area of important natural interest, rich in vegetation and alder, poplars and oaks, and known for the production of mineral water. C. around a cave inhabited by Basilian monks, in a landscape of extraordinary beauty where the two lakes create an enchanting scenographic effect. The area can be reached by the SS-93 towards Melfi-Foggia, passing Rionero in Vulture and continuing on the SS-167. Nearby, there are important historic-environmental places of interest, such as the Melfi Castle (24 km), the Lagopesole Castle (25 km) and the city of Venosa (30 km) with the Ducale del Balzo Castle, the SS Trinity Abbey and its archaeological park. The city of Matera, the European Capital of Culture 2019, is 70 km away.
