The property presents a square plan conformation and is articulated on three levels above the ground fro the main prospect of Larghetto Malvò, while the back part on Piazza Malvò is on four levels. The walls of the two main sides are in brick of high quality and are in a good state of conservation. The covering of the area with on the centre a small tower has a square base. The main prospect is designed by cringle corners in rock held up by shelves. The entrance is notable due to its “doric” columns that hold up the balcony with iron holdings and a square opening. The entire area is completed with a series of shelves and antique traces with flower motives. The areas are covered with sheet volts and those on the first floor decorated with mural designs. The building was declared of Particular cultural interest according to and is now in bad conditions and in need maintenance.

The property is in the Historical centre of Lanciano (35,251 inhabitants), in the Province of Chieti (389,169 inhabitants) in the Region of Abruzzo. The building is situated in Piazza Malvò, in the heart of the Borgo quarter. The square and the respective road connects Piazza Garibaldi and Via Finamore (with access to Via Spaventa – Via Dei Funai). The city is about 14 km from the Adriatic coast (fossacesia Marina) and fro the railway station “San Vito – Lanciano”, along the Adriatic lilne that connects Lecce to Ancona. The exit “Lanciano” of the Adriatic highway “A-14”, that connects Taranto with Bologna, is about 12 km from the property, while the international airport of Abruzzo, situated in Pescara (670,000 passengers in 2017) is 46 km from the City.
