The warehouse has two levels above the ground that are independent and has a rectangular plan with a mainly longitudinal development. On the first level there are a series of rooms destined to warehouses/deposits and a workshop. The second level is instead characterized by a unique large room to be used for vehicle parking, characterized by a useful internal height that varies from 8 m. to about 10 m. and has two large entrances along the front parts of the building. The building was acquired by the State for public use to be used as office of the Fire Brigade while this was in construction. The complex was never used
The complex is located in a northern industrial zone of the city of Palermo, characterized by the presence of many productive and commercial activities and with a good access close to the highway A29 connections and to the velocity road of the city.
