Building areas with production and logistics functions, located near the industrial area of Ravenna, adjacent to the port infrastructure. The two areas, called Logistics 1 (L1) and Logistics 2 (L2), cover a total surface of approximately 80 hectares, with a useful area of 42 hectares for building development. The intervention represents an excellent investment opportunity in the intermodal logistics segment by virtue of its location, close to the road network, the railway and the port. The two areas are crossed by the State Road SS-67 "Via Classicana", the road axis that connects the port with the motorway network ("A-14" Adriatica motorway).
The two building areas called Logistics 1 (L1) and Logistics 2 (L2) are part of the Municipal Operational Plan (Piano Operativo Comunale – POC) of Ravenna and cover a total area of 80 hectares, with 42 hectares available for building development. The areas represent a great business opportunity for the development of logistics and production activities in the Port of Ravenna. The L1 area is owned by SAPIR S.p.A. and is totally private, while the L2 area is owned by the Port Authority of Ravenna. The two areas are perfect for intermodal logistics as they are adjacent to the road, rail and port network; the State Road SS-67 “Via Classicana” directly connects the port to the motorways of northern and southern Italy. The L1 area has already obtained the planning authorizations required for its development, while the L2 area is directly managed by the Port Authority. The Port of Ravenna is also engaged in very significant investments in the renewable energy sector, such as the Agnes project, managed by Qint’x and Saipem: a maxi offshore wind farm with floating photovoltaic panels and green hydrogen production, connected to the hub.
