The fair hall is located about 2 km away from the historical centre of Riva del Garda, in a strategic and easily accessible position. The building complex covers an area of more than 58,000 sqm, for a gross covered area of over 49,000 sqm, divided into 4 blocks, 11 pavilions, and more than 1,400 parking spaces available. The fair hall also boasts a set-up press area, a conference room (modular, with a maximum capacity of 90 seats), a self-service restaurant, a bar in each pavilion, ATMs and an infirmary. Modularity and flexibility are the hallmarks of the exhibition spaces, which offer a wide range of solutions capable of satisfying the different and specific needs of each exhibition and hosted event.

There is a further 12,000 sqm building potential.

The fairgrounds are located in the semi-central area of the town of Riva del Garda (population 17,742), in the Autonomous Province of Trento (population 540,958), in the Trentino-Alto Adige Region. The building complex is located a short distance away (about 2 km) from the historical centre of the city, where it is possible to admire the splendid palaces built first during the Scaliger domination and then during the Venetian one (in the 15th Century), among which “La Rocca” stands out, a building built in 1124, now the seat of the Civic Museum and the Art Gallery. In addition to being an important fair hub, the city is the centre of attraction for lovers of sailing and windsurfing. On the west side of the town, Monte Rocchetta stands steeply over the lake, right in front of Monte Baldo, on the east side. This particular location makes Riva del Garda one of the most spectacular towns on Lake Garda. The fairgrounds can be easily accessed both by private vehicle and by local public transport service; the area is about 20 km away from the “Rovereto” motorway exit and 85 km from Verona Valerio Catullo airport. The “Mori” railway station, on the Trento-Bolzano-Verona line, is located 20 km away from the area.
