Outside frames are made of grey painted aluminium with double-glazing, while internal doors are made of laminate and boast plastic handles. The underfloor radiant heating system is fuelled by the boiler situated in the technical room of the basement, which can be accessed independently from the garden; the building is partially air-conditioned and boasts a sanitary plumbing system, as well as a telephone line and an electric system. The outdoors are covered mostly by a synthetic grass , while the pedestrian paths are made of clinker. The building is structurally sound and well-maintained, needing only some marginal renovation works. The surrounding area is pleasant, with newly-built multi-family villas and terraced houses.
