The asset can be accessed via an external staircase separating the two portions, who can also be accessed via elevator. The two units, called “Office L” and “Office I”, have a rectangular layout and boast large environments with a corridor serving the various rooms. The public transport network is quite present in the area, with bus lines 908, 916 and 916F stopping 50 metres away from the building. The Leonardo Da Vinci international airport (Fiumicino) is 20 km away from the building (25 minutes by car), while Ciampino’s is 32 km away (30-40 minutes by car). Within a 400 m radius, various neighbourhood services can be found, such as a church, a small mall and an equipped park.
