The property, known as “Villa Fera”, is a magnificent example of an art nouveau residential building, built during the year 1920, and is particularly interesting because it is so well preserved, and because of the elegant stylistic finishes. The entire complex consists of rugged, sloping terrain, with a ten metre height difference, for the most part with a glorious view of the sea. The property is made up of two separate structures: “Villa Fera”, a four storey building, including the basement (1.005 m² gross), divided into six separate apartments (two per floor), each with its own large cellar and uncovered parking space. The Villa also has a scenic tower, that has two extra storeys; the second structure is the two storey Annex (305 m² gross), situated in close proximity to the perimeter wall; it is also divided into two apartments each with independent access as well as its own cellar and parking space. Inside the common grounds, which extend over 3.400 m², there is a small building intended for storage (65 m² gross).

Villa Fera is situated in close proximity to the centre of Savona (pop. 61.057), in the provincial capital of Savona (pop. 279.408), situated in the region of Liguria in the Riviera di Ponente (the western coast). The entire area surrounding the property is enclosed by natural borders: the sea to the south, the Letimbro Stream to the east and the railway tracks to the north. The small size of the town means that the main urban services are only a short distance from the property: public transport, shops, banks, primary and secondary public schools, chemists and places of worship. The train station (that connects the city to Alessandria, Genoa, Milan, Pisa, Ventimiglia and Sestri Levante etc.) and the seaport are 1km apart; the seafront is less than 400 meters away and the hospital is about 3km away. The Savona motorway junction, which leads to both the A-6 Torino-Savona motorway, and the A-10 Genova- Ventimiglia motorway, is 10 minutes away. The Marco Polo international airport in Genoa (1,2 million passengers in 2016) is 50 km away.
