Agricultural farmhouse, located in a panoramic position, in the municipality of Gaiole in Chianti. The area, which was once agricultural, is now becoming a much-sought after residential area. The complex includes a DOCG vineyard, which could be developed as an agricultural holiday facility or a private residence.
The complex spreads over the highest part of the town and takes up most of the hill on which it is located, in a panoramic area. The complex covers a total surface area of 1.5 ha (1.05 of which is a DOC vineyard and additional 2,500 m² of non-DOCG vineyard). The property comprises a main building, with two floors above ground and a basement, with a total surface area of 803 m², 325 of which is in the basement, and a second, single-storey building, at the back, with a total surface area of 92 m². The buildings are in a good structural state but require some considerable renovation work.
The property complex is located in the municipality of Gaiole in Chianti (2,786 inhabitants), in the province of Siena. The small town is located on the Chianti Hills, close to several villages and towns of art, in a mainly hilly area with important agricultural and wine-making firms. Siena is 34 km, Florence is 54 km and San Gimignano is 54 km away. The motorway A-1 (Roma-Firenze), San Giovanni Valdarno exit is at a distance of 23 km.
