The building will consist of: one level car parking, 15 floors of offices and services such as meeting rooms and exhibition spaces. It will be located in a strategic position, close to the historic town centre, just a few minutes walk from it. The project site is 100 km from Verona, 150 km from Venice, 250 km from Milan, and it has ideal transport connections.
The project area is located in a strategic position on the edge of the historic town centre, set in the strategic centre of an extraordinary concentration of public services and facilities on a metropolitan scale. Residential, business and administrative uses are permitted in the area. The project for the new office building will comprise different services and facilities of the Province, currently located in separate sites around the town of Trento, becoming a sort of integrated administrative complex. Environmental sustainability along with flexibility and economy, will be the main theme. The building consists of one level of car park in the basement and 15 floors of offices above ground, with public use, including services open to the external users e.g. meeting rooms, exhibition spaces, roof terrace. The public capital company Patrimonio del Trentino S.p.A, owner of the building area, is willing to grant a long lease for the development of the county offices.
