The almost complete conservation of all the warehouses is envisaged, with the removal of parts of the roof to create open-air spaces which allow the surrounding environments to be illuminated; courtyards of different sizes will thus be created, some communicating with each other and connected with the open spaces. The warehouses in the north of the area, having been partially demolished, will be restructured to house a school and\/or other training facilities. The multi-storey building is intended for special residence purposes, with an extension on the ground floor of related services potentially open to external users. The smaller units (shops, bars, craft shops, offices) will face the ground floor on the \"via del Mercato\", with the possibility of extending to the upper floor, where the apartments will also be located.
