About 90 countries were represented, of which the main delegations were those of France, UK, Germany, Italy but also of Japan, Canada, the United States, Brazil, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. There were also 76 of the 100 most important real estate investment facilities in the world, with assets of about 4 trillion euros.<\/p>\n<p>The main focus areas of the fair, which recorded a return to the pre-health crisis numbers, were the ecological transition, the decarbonisation of the real estate industry and the theme of housing and co-living solutions to meet the growing demand for beds and housing.<\/p>\n<p>Also in 2024, Ice Agency (Foreign Investment Attraction Office and Ice Paris ), in the framework of the project Invest in Italy operated jointly with Invitalia, participated again at the fair.<\/p>\n<p>This is an important initiative worldwide dedicated to Real Estate, on which converge all operators in the sector and is of particular interest for the attraction of foreign investments to the varied Italian offer.<\/p>\n<p>Ice Agency was present with a collective of National Bodies, Ministries, Associations and Territories (11 participants) articulated in an open space with dedicated stations and promoted the portfolio of offers on the days of the fair. The participants are: Italian Public Property Agency, Agenzia Lavoro &amp; SviluppoImpresa Regione Autonoma Friuli-Venezia Giulia, ANCE, OICE, CDP Real Asset SGR, Confindustria Assoimmobiliare, Invimit Sgr S.p.A., Liguria International, Patrimonio del Trentino S.p.A., Tuscany Region and the City of Genoa.<\/p>\n<p>The event involved in partnership also Lombardy Region, Piedmont Region and Emilia-Romagna Region.<\/p>\n<p>The Italian Pavilion (Riviera 8 &#8211; Stand B10) consisted of an area of about 300m<sup>2<\/sup> divided into two islands, one of about 240m<sup>2<\/sup> that housed the stands of the institutions, regions, and ministries, and a smaller one of 60m<sup>2<\/sup>, dedicated to the stands of Assoimmobiliare, ANCE and OICE, with a networking space reserved for Club Italia.<\/p>\n<p>A digital catalogue of the offers and a video in house that collected the proposals\/ projects of the participants, viewable in loop throughout the duration of the event, was made and the website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.investinitaltrealestate.com\">www.investinitaltrealestate.com<\/a> was promoted, a website through which Ice Agency collects and showcases a part of the public assets of real estate to be licensed or sold.<\/p>\n<p>Both the Paris Investment Attraction Desk and the representatives of Invitalia, our project partners with whom ICE constantly works to assist investors, were present at the fair.<\/p>\n<p>On the 13<sup>th<\/sup> of March at 17.00, at the Palais des Festivals 5th Floor, Hall Leader Perspective Stage, was held the Italian Conference, entitled &#8220;The Italian Market in 2024: trends and perspectives, opportunities and projects&#8221;, a traditional event during which visibility was given to our exhibitors and their projects as well as hosting important national and foreign players in the Real Estate sector.<\/p>\n<p>The event included the opening intervention of the Ice Agency.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; THE PROJECT From the 12th to the 15th of March 2024, the annual MIPIM \u2013\u00a0March\u00e9 international des professionnels de l\u2019immobilier, one of the most important events in the world for international Real Estate operators, both public and private, took place in Cannes, in the Palais des Festivals.
