The most significant figure, however, concerns investor confidence: 74% of Italian CEOs plan to carry out M&amp;A transactions in the coming months, a proportion higher than the European and global averages, whilst 700 transactions (+18%) were announced in the first half of the year, with a total value of 25.3 billion euros (+35%).<\/p>\n<p>The RE sector is fully in line with this positive trend: in the first half of 2026, property investment in Italy reached \u20ac7.2 billion, up 24% compared with the same period in 2025, and a market\u2019s composition of alternative assets \u2013 logistics, hospitality, residential and operational infrastructure \u2013 now accounting for around 60% of total investment, confirming a shift towards more industrial and \u2018platform-based\u2019 management models \u2013<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: EY-Parthenon Bulletin, 6 July 2026.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The RE sector grows by 24% in the first half of 2026 The latest EY-Parthenon Bulletin, published at the end of July 2026, confirms that Italy is able to attract capital despite global geopolitical uncertainty, with the Real estate among the most dynamic sectors.
