The latest EY-Parthenon Bulletin, published at the end of July 2026, confirms that Italy is able to attract capital despite global geopolitical uncertainty, with the property sector among the most dynamic sectors.<\/p>\n

According to EY estimates, Italian GDP is expected to grow by 0.6 per cent in 2026, driven by consumption and investment. The most significant figure, however, concerns investor confidence: 74 per cent of Italian CEOs plan to carry out M&A transactions in the coming months, a proportion higher than the European and global averages, whilst 700 transactions (+18 per cent) were announced in the first half of the year, with a total value of 25.3 billion euros (+35 per cent).<\/p>\n

The property sector is fully in line with this positive trend: in the first half of 2026, property investment in Italy reached \u20ac7.2 billion, up 24% compared with the same period in 2025. The most significant figure concerns the market\u2019s composition: alternative assets \u2013 logistics, hospitality, residential and operational infrastructure \u2013 now account for around 60 per cent of total investment, confirming a shift towards more industrial and \u2018platform-based\u2019 management models.<\/p>\n
