“The Venetian Wine Cooperative distillery” site is located in the town’s industrial area, bordering on the section of the SS-53 Postumia that goes from Ponte di Piave to Oderzo, to the east, and with Via delle Industrie to the south and west. It covers an area of 53.877 m² on which there are industrial buildings (cement and metal) and municipal buildings, with a surface area of 4.247 m². The area is completely fenced in, partially used as parking lots, storage space and other buildings; it has been unused for a few years and is in poor condition. Urbanistically, it’s included in Zone D1 – artisan and industrial activities, diffused tertiary, with environmental restrictions under ex law 431/85. The demolition of the present buildings and the construction of a modern warehouse represent the best opportunity for this site.

The property is on Ponte di Piave (pop. 8.345), in the Levada fraction (pop. 1.700), in the Central-Eastern part of the Venetian province of Treviso (pop. 885.972), on the banks of the Piave River, along the SS-53 Postumia. The nearest toll-booth is “San Donà-Noventa”, 8 km away that leads to the A-4 motorway (Turin-Trieste). The city railway station is on the Venice-Trieste line and its 12 km from the site. Treviso is 21 km away, Venice 48 km and Padova is 66 km.
