75% of investments in Italy come from abroad

According to an estimate by Dla Piper, 75% of real estate investments in Italy could come from abroad at the end of the year.

The Italian real estate market continues to attract domestic and international capital.

In Italy, despite a decline in total investment, which in the first half reached € 3.7 billion (-23%), the office sector raised € 1.3 billion (-30%), while the retail grew by 31%, reaching 1.5 billion.

The industrial sector has raised 0.6 billion (+ 57%), while investments in the hotel industry drop by 50% with 0.3 billion.
