The building has a C-shaped floor plan with the short sides facing the main facade of Via Roma. The building, divided into three levels above ground, is served by two stairwells that allow access to the upper floors. Through the main entrance, there is direct access to the rooms on the first floor consisting of a large corridor, four large classrooms, toilets and stairwells through which you access the second floor, with the same distribution of the rooms as the first floor, and the ground floor below. At this last level, a discrepancy with the floor plans filed with the municipal offices was highlighted (with the closure of part of the corridor, an area accessible only from the external courtyard was created).
