The real estate market is growing for the eleventh consecutive quarter. This is what emerges from the latest data released by the Agenzia delle Entrate.
The housing sector accelerates again, marking a + 6.3% trend in the period October-December 2017, after more than a year of progressive slowdown.
Florence and Milan are the two big cities with the major exchange increase, otherwise Palermo, Bologna and Roma are closing the year in negative. The third-commercial sector confirm the positive trend, with a 9,2% increase; on the other side the production sector reduces its growth, stopping at + 2.8%.
