Italian families received loans for the purchase of the house for € 13.8 billion in the second quarter of 2018.

Compared to the same quarter of 2017, there was an 8.5% increase in disbursements, for a value of over 1 billion euros.

This is what emerges from the data reported in the Bank of Italy’s financial and banking institutions’ report for the second quarter of 2018 at the end of September, which confirms a recovery trend in volumes delivered on a quarterly basis.

In fact, on a six-monthly basis, volumes amounted to over 25 billion euros, up 2% on the previous year.
