Bankitalia, the 5% of “the richest” hold a 1,3 million euros asset

The inequalities in wealth distribution increase in Italy. In 2016 the 5% of “the richest” held the 30% of total wealth. According to the Bankitalia survey on families financial reports, the richer 30% of the families hold about the 75% of net worth detected in the overall, with an average net wealth amounting a 510000 euros.

Beyond 40% of this share is owned by the richest 5%, who hold on average a net worth of 1,3 million euros.

To the 30% of poorer families goes the 1% of wealth.
