Bank of Italy: The real estate market improves

In Italy, real estate sales growth is stronger, though they remain at levels below those before of the crisis, and also the banks’ vulnerability due to the sector is slacking off.

It is what emerges from the Bank of Italy report on the financial stability, occordint to wich that prices have stabilized both in the housing sector and in the non-residential sector after a prolonged decline.
