Beni Stabili sells 40% of the Telecom Italia portfolio

Beni Stabili has finalized the sale of 40% of the shares of the main real estate SICAF in Italy held in the beginning of the year through the transfer of the portfolio invested in Telecom Italia (for a value of approximately € 1.5 billion) and the associated debt (approximately € 0.8 billion).

Crédit Agricole Assurances and EDF Invest have acquired a 20% stake in SICAF, while Beni Stabili, with 60% of the shares, will retain control of SICAF and provide real estate management services.
