BNP Paribas Reim acquires a directional complex in Milan

BNP Paribas REIM has purchased a building in Viale Stelvio in Milan, built by the architects Rolando Gantes and Roberto Morisi.

The asset is located in an area with numerous interconnections with local public transport. The building, of energy class A, is spread over a total area of about 15,000 square meters, mainly for offices.

BNP Paribas REIM Italy purchased the property with a total investment of 42 million euros on behalf of the “Fundamenta” real estate fund.
