The Arpacal (The Calabria’s Regional Agency for the Protection of the Environment) sells part of its real estate assets in the cities of Catanzaro, Cosenza and Reggio Calabria.
These are buildings dating back to the first half of the last century, central located and large square footage.
The purchase is based on negotiation.
The assets include: part of a building in via Paparo in Catanzaro (40s, base price of about €566,000); two floors of a building in via Trieste in Cosenza (1,400 square meters, base price of €720,000); property on the fourth floor of a building in Via Rosselli in Reggio Calabria (early ‘900, base price of €308,000).
