Luxury Homes: Prices in Italy are flat

Rome is the 28th largest city in the world for annual growth in luxury home prices.

According to Knight Frank’s Prime Global Cities Index, the values of the luxury segment in Rome have been stagnant for a year, with a 0% change in the first quarter of 2017.

Milan is in the 30th position. Here, on an annual basis, prices fell by 0.9%.
