Demand for houses for rent is growing

According to the Study Office of Immobiliare.it, during 2016 the supply of rental properties has increased by 1.3% and demand by 2.1%.

The increase in demand has led to a consequent increase in prices, marking a + 1.2% in the last twelve months. The main cities, together with the cities populated by university students, are driving the entire industry.

The ranking of the ten most expensive cities is open by Florence, followed a short distance by Venice, Milan and Rome. Completing the list, in order, Bolzano, Como, Bologna, Naples, Siena and Pisa.
