The volume of investments in Rome in Q4 2018 is growing

Posted: 19 February 2019

For the fifth consecutive year, the growth of the volumes transacted in the capital continues, confirming the renewed vivacity of the tertiary market.

As underlined by the IPI Group in the market report for Q4 2018, the fourth quarter of 2018 closes with an absorption of just under 60,000 square meters, for a total of 178,400 square meters from the beginning of the year (+ 17% compared to the average of the last 5 years), a result that highlights the growth of the Roman market.

In 2018, the EUR district is still the most dynamic sub-market for transited volumes, followed by the CBD and the Periphery.
