The AEEP (the public housing authority) of Castelfranco Veneto, after a first desert attempt in February, is again auctioning the former convent of the Clarisse nuns in via Cazzaro, near the historical center of the city in the province of Treviso. It is an area of 14,989 sqm.
Overall, the volume is 32,888 cubic meters, 12,655 of which to be restored and 18,812 of new volume.
The intended uses permitted are residential, commercial, public and private facilities for public use.
The starting price is € 3.15 mln. The auction will be held June 6, 2017.
