The Usa’s fund Oaktree with Redbrick for a development in Milan

The American Oaktree fund, with the support of the British company Sabal Financial, and with the Italian Redbrick Investment Group as an operating partner, has signed with Generali Real Estate Sgr a preliminary contract for the acquisition of a building land owned by one of the funds managed by Generali, located in the area of Corso Sempione in Milan.

The agreement provides for the development of a new complex for mainly residential use, which will host numerous and innovative services for the management of common areas and the condominium in general, following a trend that is taking hold in modern living.

The project was entrusted to Studio Marco Piva, one of the most prestigious architectural firms in Italy and in the world.
