High street in Venice is growing

According to the World Capital Fashion High Street report, interest in Italian high streets is growing not only for city cities such as Milan and Rome, but also for Florence and Venice.

Specially in Venice, there is a general increase in rental rates, especially in the central area, where there is an average vacancy time and no free space.

The growth in rental rates compared to 2014, the first year of the report, is + 30% in Via Frezzeria, located in San Marco’s sestriere (or zone). In Piazza San Marco the growth is 15%, Via XXII Marzo 17%, Via Merceria 25%, Calle Valleresso 10%, as in Campo San Bartolomeo.
