According to an survey, 22% of those living in condominiums have developed one or more mutual help activities with their neighbours.

Of these, 44% share professional skills such as a small plumbing jobs, repair work, sewing, beauty treatments etc. Following this, with a percentage of 36.9%, is the exchange of objects which are no longer needed.

There is also support caring for animals (23.7%) and for children: 16% of respondents claimed to alternate with their neighbours accompanying children to and picking them up from school, while 5% share babysitters or offer to look after neighbours’ children.
