Intesa Sanpaolo working to divest 1 billion of real estate loans

Posted: 24 March 2017

Intesa Sanpaolo is working on its loan portfolio.

The bank, as reported by Radiocor, is considering a sale of real estate loans worth more than one billion euro.

The portfolio, which is still being finalized, provides for the sale of 75 assets.

In part it’s non-performing loans secured, or with underlying real estate collateral, and part of real estate projects to revive.
