Investments: Florence surpasses Rome

Florence surpasses Rome in terms of attractiveness of investments in real estate, positioning itself immediately after Milan.

According to a new indicator of Nomisma, which summarizes the results of Italy2Invest-Urban Data Intelligence, measuring attractiveness, competitiveness and well-being of the Italian territories to support the choices of investors and the same policy makers.

The Florence score expresses a positive difference of 17.4 points compared to the average of the provincial capitals and 12.6 points compared to the average of metropolitan cities.
