Italy: GDP keeps on growing in the first quarter of 2018 too

In 2017 the GDP grew by 1.5% and it has registered the best result since 2010.

Despite the slightly slow down, the GDP growth is confirmed also in the first quarter of 2018, marking the fifteenth month of consequently increase.

According to the Annual Report on the state of the nation by Istat.

Consumptions – even in absence of the Public Administration driving force – and investments sustain the Italian growth; the contribution from net foreign demand was also positive for the first time in three years.

Inflation is positive, even if moderate.
