Kildare in talks to acquire the fund K2, specialized in shopping centers

According to a news reported by the real estate information site Requadro.com, the private equity real estate with a focus on Europe Kildare Partners would be dealing with the acquisition of the K2 real estate fund manages by BNP Paribas REIM SGR.

The K2 fund holds a large number of retail real estate assets in Italy including the Le Rondinelle center in Roncadelle, near Brescia, and the Settimo MIlanese Metropolis center.

The shares of the K2 fund are owned by the French group Klépierre and other investors, including the family company Finim Group.
