The German company Triuva does the shopping in Florence

TRIUVA, a German company specialized in asset management, has acquired a high-street retail property of around 2,220 square metres on Piazza della Repubblica in Florence for €37 million and expands its Italian high-street portfolio to a volume of €160 million including 10 assets.

The seller of this prime asset is Banca Nazionale del Lavoro (or BNL).

The Californian tech giant Apple is the property’s anchor tenant.
