According to “Borsino Immobiliare della Logistica H2 2018” by World Capital, in the second half of 2018, the Italian logistic real estate market continued to grow, with Northern Italy as the driving force of the sector.

On the Milan prime location side, there is a 7.7% increase in the new spaces rents, compared to 2014, and a 4.2% increase for the used ones.

E-commerce is one of the main drivers of rental market growth for the new tailor-made products.
