FS Sistemi Urbani launches a Call for Expression of Interest for the preparation of a Master Plan for regeneration and development of Pavia FS rail yards located in Via Rismondo and Via Trieste.
The yards, having an area respectively of 80.000 sqm and 9.000 sqm, are situated in a strategic position, nearby traffic junctions, adjacent to the railway and to the linear park running along the tributary of the river Ticino, with possible significant relations with the University, the health centre of Policlinico San Matteo, and the city centre.
The aim of the Call is to follow up the recovery process of such areas, started last October 4thwith the signing of the Protocol of Intent for regeneration and redevelopment of rail yards by FS Sistemi Urbani, Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane and the Municipality of Pavia.
The Call is open to economic operators interested in the preparation of a Master Plan for regeneration and development of these areas, taking advantage of an interdisciplinary and specialised team of professionals with different skills profiles.
Applications can be submitted by any means on weekdays from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm. The deadline for submission of applications is 31 January 2022, 3.00 pm.
