The residential market in Milan’s area is positive. During the last year it has shown a positive trend in terms of volumes transacted.
In particular, excluding the city of Milan, there were more than 22 thousand transactions, + 5% compared to 2016.
Among the municipalities that stand out for annual volumes transacted, we note Sesto San Giovanni (over 1,000 transactions in 2017, + 7% compared to 2016), Legnano (809, + 10%), Cinisello Balsamo (789, + 17%), Rho (627, + 13%), San Giuliano Milanese (534, + 7%) and Segrate (533, + 25%).
