Milan: the prices recovery concerns also new houses

According to the 3rd 2018 Real Estate Observatory by Nomisma, during 2018 the slow recovery of the Milan residential market continues, even if less enthusiastically than the positive dynamics that have marked the last two years.

The average prices of used houses continue to remain positive, albeit with a very slight intensity (+ 0.2% on an annual basis).

The recovery in market values ​​also concerns the segment of new houses (on average + 0.8% on an annual basis) located in the central and suburban areas, where the offer of new real estate developments, in progress and completed, is concentrated.
