Milan: commercial premises don’t undergo the crisis

The rents of the shops, located in the fashion streets in Milan, are growing due to the effect of the Expo and the increase of tourism.

It is written in a survey of Cushman & Wakefield, according to which two local in Vittorio Emanuele Gallery were awarded an average of €3,300 per sqm per year, while the rents of the shops in Corso Vittorio Emanuele reach 6,000 euro.

The spike in rents is around Via Montenapoleone, where a store up to 100 sqm is paid up to €12,000 per square meter per year.
